About the company

Just2Technical is a division of Office Animation LLC located in the Detroit area. Office Animation was established in 2003 by Ricki Steigerwald as a virtual assistance business. In addition to technical services, Office Animation provides a community blog and web portal for micro-businesses and the self-employed.

In 2007, the company's focus changed from general administrative support to technical services. We changed because a need was identified among the virtual assistant community. Many virtual assistants, or VAs, do not come from an information technology background. They excel at providing full administrative support for their clients, but struggle to learn and complete web activities such as newsletter template or web site updates. These activities encompass a small percentage of what they provide clients, but require a large investment in time and software.

Just2Technical has one employee and taps into a community of independent contractors when necessary. This allows us to deliver excellent products without stretching ourselves to thin.
